What is testimony appeal

Answer:

Testimony is a sworn statement by a witness in a court trial, that is affirmed to be true and correct. It cannot be hearsay- in other words, relayed from someone elses version of events. To appeal testimony is to claim it is not the above- true and correct, seen first hand, or otherwise reliable and unbiased.
